It is with pleasure that we announce the Small Developer Seminar is now open to the public! Potential small developers, investment partners, or small development ecosystem champions should attend.
This Seminar on small scale real estate development is all about project formation. We take a big picture view of neighborhood-based development. Attendees will analyze what makes a good project and how a building makes money. Potential developers will better understand the ecosystem of professionals in the built environment. Aspiring developers will feel more prepared to take the first steps on their own project.
