Are You Ready for Capital? How to Work with a Community Development Loan Fund

Presented by the Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership (ANDP) with Incremental Development Alliance

Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFIs) are powerful tools for addressing disinvestment and building stronger, more equitable communities. Whether you’re a new or experienced developer, understanding how to work with a CDFI can unlock critical financing for your affordable housing, mixed-income, or mixed-use project.

In this free, live-streaming session, you'll hear from Sara Haas at ANDP, a U.S. Treasury-certified CDFI based in Atlanta, and Incremental Development Alliance (IDA) Faculty Members, Eric Kronberg and/or Tiffany Elder, as they walk you through what it takes to prepare your organization and your project to access CDFI funding. This session is for anyone curious about how to access capital through a CDFI, but will be framed within the local Atlanta context with a focus on ANDP’s products and processes.

You can learn more about ANDP’s loan fund HERE.
