Thursday, Sept 24, 2026 - Mid-Afternoon Welcome Event + Evening Kickoff Lecture

We'll start with a Member Welcome Event that has an icebreaker pecha kucha presentation opportunity for local developers to showcase their active and recently completed projects. Meet your fellow attendees before tours for networking. Then join us and the Memphis real estate ecosystem for a public lecture to learn more about the incremental development universe with IncDev. 

Friday, Sept 25, 2026 - Neighborhood walking tours to celebrate the unique, small scale development projects happening in the region with local meals and refreshments throughout the day. 

Saturday, Sept 26, 2025 - More walking tours. We'll end the tour with a full group reflection gathering. 

Notes: 
-Ticket includes access to walking tours, transportation in between town tours, and select group meals and refreshments. 
-Ticket does not include airfare, travel to and from airport, or your hotel.
