Join the Incremental Development Alliance for our Fall 2026 National Field Trip in Memphis, TN! Alliance members will have an opportunity to tour the best examples of adaptive reuse, infill development, historic renovations, and hidden gems across the city. Get the behind the scenes of how the sausage was made — challenges overcome and creative wins from successful small developers. Agenda
Thursday, Sept 24, 2026 - We'll start with a Member Welcome Event to meet and greet with your fellow attendees and IncDev faculty. Then join us and the Memphis real estate ecosystem for a public lecture to learn more about the incremental development universe,
Friday, Sept 25, 2026 - Neighborhood walking tours to celebrate the unique, small scale development projects happening in the region with local meals and refreshments throughout the day.
Saturday, Sept 26, 2025 - More walking tours. We'll end the tour with a full group reflection gathering.

Notes:
-Ticket includes access to walking tours, transportation in between town tours, and select group refreshments.
