The Small Bites Series: Insights from CNU and Strong Towns

Introducing, Small Bites.

Small Bites is our newest virtual training series delivering relevant and valuable tools on the implementation of small-scale development. Sessions will range from an hour to an hour and a half in length. Led by our diverse faculty, they’ll offer expertise drawn from real-life experiences. These sessions are for people of all skill levels, from small-scale developers and local advocates, to policymakers. An opportunity to ask questions is included at the end of each session. Insights from CNU and Strong Towns: Unveiling the IncDev Membership Launch

Presented by Alli Thurmond Quinlan

In this session we’ll start with the very basics: what do you need to know to start looking for a project. We’ll talk about likely rents; how to find out who owns a building; zoning codes and why they matter; who can tell you no and who can tell you yes. If you’ve been resisting the call to small development, this session’s for you.

This event will be held in Central Standard Time. Details will be sent to attendees upon registration.
