This initiative is funded by Housing Forward. Tulsa needs to increase its annual housing production by 50% to meet its housing development goal of 12,300 new units by 2033. To achieve this ambitious target, Oklahoma needs to align ecosystem partners and streamline the development process.

As principal at Kronberg Urbanists + Architects, he demystifies regulations and helps navigate the redevelopment maze.
