From Census to Credibility: Using Free Data to Prove Your Project's Potential
Presented by Sharon Woods
Master the art of finding and applying U.S. Census data to strengthen your small-scale development projects. This hands-on session uses real examples from Jonesboro and Bryant, Arkansas to demonstrate how to quickly retrieve American Community Survey (ACS) data and translate it into powerful market analysis.
You'll learn practical techniques for using this free resource to demonstrate supply and demand, validate your project concept, and build the market feasibility narrative that lenders want to see.
