This seminar helps identify the next steps for small-scale development in your community. An IncDev faculty member will collect some basic information about the local market and regulatory conditions and apply that filter to dozens of infill development options from beginner to advanced.

Participants of this seminar will get an overview of the financial, code, and strategic factors that determine the next step for their neighborhood and personal development ambitions.
