March 3 - 5, 2007 | Chattanooga, TN
Thriving downtowns are places where people can afford to live, work, and invest in the community.
The Housing + Main: Small Town Housing and Downtown Regeneration Summit, convened by Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise, the Incremental Development Alliance and the Lyndhurst Foundation, will bring together local leaders and practitioners March 3–5, 2027 at the Chattanooga Theatre Centre, to explore the connection between attainable housing, vibrant downtowns, and strong local economies.
Through expert speakers, real-world examples, and practical sessions, participants will learn how housing investment, adaptive reuse, and small-scale development can bring new life to Main Streets, support local businesses and employers, and strengthen communities for the long term. An optional all-day workshop led by Incremental Development Alliance faculty will conclude the week.
