IncDev Book Club

Ideas that shape how we build

Join us for book club gatherings where IncDev members explore the ideas that inspire small-scale, locally-driven development.

These aren't just reading assignments – they're invitations to grapple with the concepts, philosophies, and approaches that shape how we think about our work as neighborhood developers. Together, we'll wrestle with questions that don't have easy answers: What does it mean to develop a place you love? How do we grow communities without displacing them? What separates a project that works for generations from one that just fills a lot?

Whether you're thinking through your first project or reflecting on lessons learned from years of building, our book club creates space for the kind of deeper, more intentional conversations that help us all become better stewards of the places we call home.

Come ready to think, question, and learn alongside fellow members who understand that building strong neighborhoods starts with building strong ideas.
